All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight and distance, with an additional 18% handling charge.
We currently offer only shipping to the continental 50 states. Most items ship from Ohio and may take 2-5 business days depending on the distance and speed of delivery chosen by the customer. Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday.
Made-to-Order items such as artwork are produced and shipped directly from a vendor and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. These items cannot be returned.
There are currently no local, pick-up, or international delivery options.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control such as major holidays, weather, power/internet disruptions, or global pandemics.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
