Return + Refund Policy

You can return eligible, unopened, and resaleable items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be made on the same credit card as the original purchase or a store credit will be issued. Opened and non-defective electronics will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

In the event that a product is defective or faulty, items must be returned within 30 days for review and inspection. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If product is confirmed faulty, a full refund including shipping fees or exchange will be issued within 3 days. 

Gift Cards, Downloadable Software Products, Personal Care, and Made-to-Order items such as artwork, are not eligible for returns except in an instance of a manufacturer’s defect. Only regular and promotional sale items will be returned, permanent markdowns ending in $0.99 are final sale and will not be eligible for returns. 

Shipping Fees are not eligible for refund unless in the case of a product defect and/or replacement. In the event that we are covering shipping returned goods, a label will be provided via email.

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
